That's not one of my passions! I just saw things were appearin' so I wished for my foxflame...

That happened to me, too. I wished for something to clean my sword with, and got sandpaper.

Seems like somethin' funny is goin' on. [ Sighing, she gives Harrow a curious look. ] Ya know... I didn't expect you to tease me.

[There you go! Immediately, she's embarrassed!]

It isn't that! But we're both adults, and in a place like this - there's no reason to be surprised!

[ Coincidentally, Yuel is also less embarrassed when the attention isn't on her.

She hones in on the response, leaning close. ]

Oho? Have ya been gettin' up to... fun?

No! [Ahhh.] I haven't been doing anything like that. I'm meant to wallow in misery, not - have fun!

[ She's not convinced. ]

That doesn't sound very indulgent. How do ya know yer not supposed to have fun?

That ain't fair... What d'ya plan to do then? Just be sad?

I think I'm expected to dwell on certain things I've sought to avoid. I've often tried to push past negative experiences, and Despair suggested I ought instead to spend more time thinking about them.

[It does seem like a bummer, doesn't it?]

Thinkin' about them... In a positive light? Like event ya face yer fears through exposure?

. . . It's possible. I'm not sure anything positive will come of it.

[ She crosses her arms, and her tail flicks behind her, her irritation carrying. ]

I'm gonna have a talk with Despair and get to the bottom of this. It ain't fair if everyone else is eatin' and kissin' and yer all miserable.

[Yuel. That's sweet. She smiles just a little.]

Oh really? Ya didn't mind the steak I made fer ya the other day.

[Poked. In. The. Belly. This is only possible because Yuel knocked some of her rib-bones off earlier, otherwise Harrow has a bone corset that protects her. Anyway, she looks kind of stunned, because absolutely no one has ever done this to her before.

Yuel. . . your casual touching. . . ]

Er. Well, I do eat. I just don't make it a pasttime.

[ Oh yeah, Yuel should probably help her collect those... ]

I'm not sure. I don't really. . . do very much for enjoyment.
