[She also nods at the Childe and Ming Yi thing, looking very much like she might strangle a rat. Do not cause trouble for anyone, Childe.
Thinking...]
Are all the dead accounted for? Because Vira kept stuff to herself when sharing with Shi. So, maybe names were written and someone decided to stay quiet. Or... I don't know, that's what Shi's message was about, and the scrambled text is yet another fuck you from this place to us.
[Spitballing because, yeah, it is weird no fingers were pointed? Besides whatever Vlad's thing with Ming Yi meant.]
... Let's not jump to using our wishes for the dead yet, anyway. Not everyone will be willing to give up theirs up just like that. Finding another way is definitely our best shot at saving most of them.
[ She raises a brow at the Gu Yun details but otherwise refrains from commenting. ]
Killing Childe before Thursday would be the safest course of action. I didn't want to do so in front of everyone, partly for Qingxuan's sake, but also because I don't know who saved him. If someone wants him alive that badly, they may also retaliate against someone who kills him as well.
The pods are locked while someone is inside them, so there wasn't much to be done while he was recovering. The alternative would be incapacitating him on Thursday when someone will inevitably go after his life.
[ She's already made her decision on the best course of action but yeah they can discuss at the meeting. ]
I'm not certain why they didn't name their killers... even Vlad didn't outright say he was killed by Ming Yi, though one might assume so from his message. Perhaps something prevents them from saying so—Eleanor's warning might be the most we receive.
This is according to Gu Yun, the source being Childe himself. I wouldn't make it public. He got an Avatar power that let him avoid an execution from Lust or Pride.
This is why I was in favour of leaving him to bleed out, yes. Let the person who saved him help! Oh wait, they can't.
[Oh, well.]
I'm. . . not sure. It goes against certain personal convictions as it pertains to the practice of necromancy, but it is worth considering whether it is better to use him as fuel, and if that must occur on Thursday.
Personally, I think he's a cunt who electrocuted a woman when she was already paralyzed. So, I don't care if he ends up as juice for someone's vibrator the next time they power it up.
[Tell us how you really feel, Sheila.]
But you're right, we should text an avatar and find out. I don't want this to turn into an even bigger thing than it already is if we can avoid it.
I don't care if he's juice for someone's vibrator either, particularly. The principle of murder as a means to obtain excess thanergy is one I prefer not to utilize, and I won't compromise that for him. But if one of you wants to, you should consider it.
If the only person to die next week is him, we can arrange not to vote. I do believe we can pull that off, provided we organize it well in advance. Vira and I discussed one of us pretending to have a power that would let us know how someone else voted; I think that could be effective as an incentive not to go against the group.
Ah, also, regarding the wishes - I also don't intend to use mine to revive the dead, no. The question was asked because Mollymauk is intending to use his for Beauregard.
I'm sure one of the avatars would back that story up if we asked nicely, too. [Most of the avatars like this group, presumably.] Though, if we're talking about pretending— Why don't you ask if there's a power with a similar end result? Or one that would help deliver that lie?
[She shrugs.]
I don't know if they take requests, but they might find something that's close enough if we specify what we need it for.
I. . . think we ought to focus more on comparing notes with one another, and spend less time running theories by the Avatars.
I don't think we're going to learn the truth of what's going on here from them. There are things they're doing and know of that they aren't telling us, and things that they don't want us to know about.
[She starts to bring her thumbnail to her mouth, and then drops it with a glance at Vira.]
Last week, I had a conversation with Wrath. Yuri told me about breaking into the security room; that he'd seen on the camera something prowling the halls at night on the night Tamaki was killed. I asked her about it, and she. . . seemed utterly panicked. She acted as though both she and I were in danger by virtue of my knowing this information, and refused to speak further until I assured her I wouldn't say another word to her about it.
From what I could gather, this is because there is something that is watching them, and she didn't want to draw its attention to me. And since then, I have thought back on other conversations and wondered - was this also something I was told I ought not to look into? Greed told me that the life support room is not worthy of our time or attention - is that why he said so?
I dislike neither of them, but I think it is perhaps unfair to continue to force them to be dishonest with us, assuming they're here to guide us to what we would like to accomplish, when we've known all along they're here for a purpose that doesn't necessarily align with ours.

[Some people can stay dead.]

[So that's fucked.]

Oh. Fuck him with an axe.

Oh, my god. We should have just left him to die.

If that's true, we should certainly kill him before Thursday.

We can ask. I suspect someone will go after his life this week regardless, so it's a matter of protecting ourselves as well.

[ good thing this isn't on monday! anyway. ]
I think that... most people would go along with it. But we can definitely try to fool them otherwise.

[ they have a bunch of other stuff to clarify anyway. ]
Hopefully after a meeting, we'll be able to develop theories to take to the Avatars with all our combined information.
